P + T / Tip of the Morning Tea
A breakfast classic, this caffeine-rich malty cup is wonderfully rounded off with milk and sugar.
You can make two infusions with this tea, we recommend brewing at 3 min and a further 3 min with hot water (90C/195F), ideally measuring out 4g (1 tbsp) for 250ml per brew.
Notes: malty, strong, astringent
