P + T / Imperial Dragon Tea
One of few Imperial Teas, this hand-processed, pan-fried treasure is a real highlight among Chinese greens.
You can make two infusions with this tea, we recommend brewing at 2.30 min and at a further 3 min with hot water (80C/175F), ideally measuring out 4g (1 tbsp) for 250ml per brew.
