Land / Toasted White Chocolate
Using cocoa butter that comes from Nicaragua, this is as close as you can get to a single origin white chocolate. The flavour has some slight acidity, a natural chocolate aroma and mixed with heavily toasted milk powder a biscuity aroma too. Phil has topped the bar with Nicaraguan cocoa nibs to add a lovely crunch and intense fruity/acidic note to create a unique tasting white chocolate.
